Best Western Plus Windjammer Inn & Conference Center

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights while visiting Burlington, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The building itself shows signs of age, but the cleanliness throughout the property more than made up for it. It’s clear that the staff puts effort into maintaining the space, which was appreciated. Speaking of the staff, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. One highlight was the 24-hour coffee machine in the lobby, which offered a nice variety of hot drinks—a thoughtful touch, especially for late arrivals or early risers. Breakfast was a typical selection, but everything was hot, fresh, and well-prepared. I was particularly impressed with how well-maintained the breakfast area was. The two staff members managing the hall did an excellent job of keeping the tables clean and ensuring the food stations were fully stocked. The seating area was spacious, and there was plenty of room for all guests, which made for a relaxed dining experience. Overall, while the hotel’s age was noticeable, the cleanliness, friendly staff, and well-organized amenities made my stay enjoyable. It’s a solid choice for anyone visiting Burlington.

We've been here many times to stay overnight and leave our car for flights. It waa OK, except the shuttle driver who was outstanding. His friendly and positive attitude was a great way to start our trip at 4:30 AM.

Loved that there was a restaurant connected to the hotel. Also loved that there was a shuttle that took us to the airport early in the morning. LOVED the chocolate chip cookies that were served every night at 8:00 pm. My mom & sister LOVED the coffee & hot chocolate machine that was in the lobby too.

Good breakfast but the hockey teams that trashed the entire hotel also trashed the breakfast room

Location was very convenient. The staff were great. We did have issues with our first room and they were able to switch his out to another room very quickly which was sincerely appreciated. All the staff are super friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast room and the fact you could take it back to them if you wanted to, but we thought it was a very nice layout. The food from the pub was good. The one complaint I would say we had is the desserts portions were so small that we almost thought they were a joke. I have to be honest it was quite a surprise, but we really enjoyed our stay would come back we were especially fond of the indoor pool which know when used but I said it was like having an entire spa to ourselves.
